Conveyor: Clean Room | Food Handling | Gravity | Lineshaft | Low-Profile | Material Handling

Clean room conveyors for your dust proof and clean room environments. These conveyors are specially made to meet your strict requirements for clean rooms applications in medical, pharmaceutical, health care, aerospace or semiconductor assembly environments.

Food Conveyors for various industries including Bakery, Confectionery, RTE, Meat, Poultry, Seafood and Dairy environments. These conveyors are durable, quiet, safe and very clean.

We carry a full line of gravity conveyors and conveyor systems in all configurations including roller, skate wheel and expanding types.

Lineshaft Conveyors are an optimum solution for conveyance of light (up to 15 lbs/roller) loads, at speeds of 25-120 FPM. They are designed for flat-bottomed, evenly distributed loads, such as those found in distribution and warehousing, food packaging and parcel handling. Clean, dry, oil free environments are the ideal conditions to maximize Lineshaft performance.

Low Profile Conveyors for your special applications were minimal clearances are a priority. Low profile generally refers to the distance from the bottom of the low profile conveyor frame to the top of the belt. The other critical dimension is the distance between the edge of the belt and edge of the frame as this provides the maximum belt width in the smallest frame. These types of conveyors are an ideal solution in for tight quarters where a normal conveyor will not work.

Material handling conveyors can be used for many applications like moving large and small items in a straight, curved or angled path throughout your facility from start to finish. No matter what your material handling needs are, we have a conveyor system for you.

SpanTech
Span Tech Laner food handling conveyor

Laner Series Conveyor Systems

Typical product from spiral freezers or coolers discharges in no particular order, but SpanTech's innovative Laner system can straighten out the mess and organize the pile into separate lanes. The lanes of product can then be sent on down the line for final packaging, or in different directions for subsequent processing. Either way, the system not only accelerates the product into lanes automatically, but also virtually eliminates product jamming. The Laner is designed to work best with round, thin products.

Span Tech J-Trax food handling conveyor

J-Trax Series Conveyor Systems

The closely-spaced parallel rods of the J-Trax chain form an ideal food handling surface, accommodating almost any family of food product. The many possible applications for J-Trax are as varied as the tough problems encountered in food industry material handling.

SpanTech WhisperTrax ST-PLN Material Handling Conveyor

PLN chain

The WhisperTrax ST-PLN straight conveyor with plain smooth top chain is ideal for transporting packaged items, assembly work, or applications where belt conveyors have been traditionally used. The tight knit of the chain surface provides a smooth base for large or small products.

SpanTech WhisperTrax-ST-MSG Material Handling Conveyor

MSG Chain

The WhisperTrax ST-MSG straight conveyor features 50mm left and right guides molded into the side links. These “Moving Side Guides” provide positive retention of products during transportation, and also work extremely well transporting bulk product.

SpanTech WhisperTrax-ST-RAS Material Handling Conveyor

RAS Chain

The WhisperTrax ST-RAS raised chain straight conveyor with a Finger Transfer can transfer products as small as 1.5 inches (38.1mm) in diameter. Raised top chain can also be used to reduce the area of contact between chain and product, increasing airflow.

SpanTech WhisperTrax-ST-ROL Material Handling Conveyor

ROL Chain

The WhisperTrax ST-ROL straight conveyor with roller chain is essential for products requiring low back pressure for accumulation. Acetal rollers are set into the chain and turn freely on the stainless steel axle, allowing product to stay in place while the chain moves beneath it.
