If not specifically expressed in writing, standard terms are net 20 days from date of sellers invoice in US currency. If any payment owed to seller is not paid when due, it shall bear interest at a rate to be determined by seller, which shall not exceed the maximum rate permitted by law, from the date on which it is due until it is paid. Seller shall have the right among other remedies, either to terminate the agreement or to suspend further performance under this and/or other agreements with buyer in the event buyer fails to make any payment when due. Buyer shall be liable for all expenses, including attorney's fees, relating to the collection of past due accounts.

Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items may be mispriced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Lynch Material Handling Co. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

GOVERNING LAW - These Terms and Conditions and any issues arising out of or in relation hereto shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its choice-of-law provisions. The Customer agrees that the federal and state courts of Colorado alone have jurisdiction over all disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions and the Customer consents to personal jurisdiction of those courts with respect to any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions.
